It was a good and profitable weekend, in which alot was accomplished.
First off was a project on the cricut for my mom::
Got to love vinyl & antique window panes!
Next on the agenda was attending the bi-annual library book sale,
something I look forward to with great anticipation!!
My great finds which totaled $9.50
I really can never have enough classics...
And even though I already have a copy of Great Expectations, I couldn't pass
up another. (I did refrain from buying a third copy of a Tale of Two Cities, even
though it was very hard...) :)
I always like to find new things to do in Pre-school,
so this was a great find for $1-
Enjoyed this book in highschool, and despite not agreeing with Lance
Armstrong's later life choices, I still like this book...
And
then
I
found
it...
it...
an absolute favorite of mine,
that I literally almost cried with joy when
I found it nestled among the other books!!
A must read for all Reagan-lovers.
The rest of my Saturday was spent cricut cutting
Western objects to decorate my sister
and my buses for our Spring Push Campaign at church...
And then yesterday completed week two of our bus push...
We were a little low number wise, but it was a great day!
Yee-haw! Until next time...
I love the window.
ReplyDeleteI am VERY jealous of the books! Boy do I miss the Westchester library! You saw ours, right? Maybe as big as the movie section back home. Ah well, such is life.

Oh, and one more thought... don't open the bus windows or all your hard work will literally go out the window. I speak from experience. :) <3 and miss you!

Thanks for all the help on my bus....:) The buses really look great!
ReplyDeleteI must say, I am pretty offended that you didn't include our 2 hour phone chat into the recap of your GREAT weekend! ;) I'm pretty sure it was one of the main reasons your weekend was good!! ;)lol
ReplyDeleteAlso, I LOVE the window thing you made for your Mom..and the bus decorations are ADORABLE!! :)
oh yes..and I loved seeing the pics of the bus kids! I miss them so much!! It was good to see their faces again! Love you girl...and 5 1/2 weeks till I see you!!!!!
